Lightly spray a 10x10 inch baking dish with nonstick spray, and measure out the ingredients.
In a large microwave safe bowl, stir together the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, raspberry jam, and salt.
Microwave the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring every 30-45 seconds.
Stir in 1/2 cup freeze dried raspberries, then pour the fudge mixture into the baking dish.
Sprinkle crushed freeze dried raspberries on top of the fudge as desired, then cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours (or until set).
Slice up your fudge and enjoy!
