How to Make No Bake Lemon Cheesecake Jars

These cheesecake jars come together in just a few simple steps, with no baking required!

Step 1. Make the Cheesecake Filling

In a large bowl, whip together the softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla paste, and salt. Mix until smooth, silky, and completely lump-free.

Step 2. Prepare the Cookie Crumbs

Crush the golden Oreos into fine crumbs. You can do this in a food processor or by sealing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.

Step 3. Layer the Jars

Add a spoonful of cookie crumbs to the bottom of each jar. Follow with a layer of the lemon cheesecake filling. Repeat with another layer of crumbs and more cheesecake filling until your jars are full. I used these jars I found on amazon, but you can use any 8 oz jars!

Step 4. Chill

Place the jars in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours, until set and cold.

Step 5. Whip the Cream

In a bowl, whip the heavy cream and honey together until stiff peaks form.

Step 6. Garnish and Serve

Pipe or spoon the whipped cream on top of each jar. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!

No Bake Lemon Cheesecake Jars FAQ

Can I make these ahead of time?
Yes! These jars are perfect for making ahead. You can assemble them a day in advance and keep them chilled until ready to serve.

Do I have to use Golden Oreos?
Golden Oreos add a nice buttery sweetness, but you can substitute graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or even shortbread cookies if you prefer.

Can I freeze these cheesecake jars?
You can, though the texture will change slightly once thawed. For best results, enjoy them freshly chilled from the fridge.

Cool Idea

Switch up the flavors by using lime or orange instead of lemon for a fun citrus twist. Or, layer in fresh berries for a fruity addition. Lemon and blueberries are an especially dreamy combo!

Keep any leftover jars covered and stored in the refrigerator. They’ll stay fresh for up to 3-4 days. Be sure to keep them chilled until serving.
